【摘 要】 目的：对比不同手术方式在胆囊炎、胆结石治疗中的效果。方法：将88名胆囊炎、胆结石患者分为两组，A组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，B组行小切口胆囊切除术，对两组手术、预后指标和并发症情况进行对比。结果：A组手术、预后指标、并发症发生率均显著优于B组(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术在胆囊炎、胆结石治疗中效果更佳显著，值得推广应用。
